Overview

The main objective of the DiPos system is to improve communication between Tenants, House Management Company, House Owner & Service Providers, by optimizing process to shared digital information and using effective data management, user-friendly reporting and analysis of the entire system.

The DiPos Application is not only providing information about House or Building, but it also enables Tenants to report any damage or repair issues into their management company directly from the mobile app and after that management company can easily track all the damage reports and their progress directly from the web based Admin CRM system.

Involvement
& Solution

Zignuts team has helped scope Android, iOS & Web based application for DiPos and worked on the prototype to release the first MVP version. After Client has been tested and validated idea by its first customers, our team started designing and development of the full version of DiPos Apps, which can run on Android & iOS based Phones and Tablets, as well as Android based Touch Screens.

Also we have taken care of all the front-end and back-end development of DiPos Applications and CMS system, as well as UX & UI design of the system. As a result, our team helped develop a creative, scalable and user-friendly DiPos application as per client’s business needs.

DiPos System mainly contains two major sub-systems,

Mobile & Touch Screen Application

This application is useful for Tenants to get all required information about their House & Neighbors, or contact directly to house management team (hausverwaltung) or House owner with one click. Using this application Tenant also can send and track any damage, repair or maintenance request directly into mobile app. The app contains also more features like push notification about important announcement or event in the house, transport and weather information, cleaning service schedule, offers and discounts, etc.

 

Admin System & Web CMS

Using Admin panel and Web CMS system, House Management Company (Hausverwaltung) can manage house information, tenants and service providers information and accounts, etc. Also this Web application helps team to manage and track Damage & Repair request easy and more interactive way.
