Key Responsibilities
- Development: Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs for both mobile platforms using React Native.
- Workflow: Develop applications using both Expo and React Native CLI based on project requirements.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire app lifecycle from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Client Communication: Communicate directly with international clients and clearly explain technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers in English.
- Native Modules: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure a native-like experience.
- Integration: Use native APIs to enable deep integrations across both platforms.
- State Management: Strong understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar libraries.
- UI Libraries and Styling: Experience building responsive UIs with frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui. Knowledge of Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) is required.
- Similar experience with navigation and debugging tools like Chrome debugger and Flipper is preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development.
- Dual-Environment Mastery: You must be comfortable working with both Expo and the React Native CLI.
- Published Apps: Must have successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please include links in your CV.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You should be confident during stand-ups and requirement-gathering calls with clients.
- While core mastery of React Native is essential, we strongly prefer candidates who havea background in React.js (Web) and Node.js (Plus point)
