Develop and test Python-based web applications and test automation scripts.
Work with GenAI models to develop smart AI-powered business applications and AI agents
Work with workflow automation tools such as n8n, make.com to create AI-powered business workflow automation and multi-agent workflows
Customize open source GenAI models and fine-tuning the models as per business requirements
Develop REST APIs using web frameworks such as Django and FastAPI
Designing and building machine learning models using libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
Clean and preprocess data using Pandas, NumPy, and other data-handling libraries. Implement algorithms and statistical models for predictive analytics.
Build APIs or data pipelines to integrate AI/ML models with applications.
Participate in debugging and performance tuning.
Collaborate with other developers and project managers to understand project goals
Minimum Requirements
Strong understanding of Python programming language.
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
Familiarity with libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to learn new concepts rapid fast.
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Excellent knowledge of SQL, schema designs and databases.
Exposure to Git/GitHub for version control.
Ability to work independently without any guidance or handholding
Ability to work under pressure and in extended hours
Ability to take negative feedback and criticism constructively
