Key Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain computers across multiple operating systems including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
Perform system installations, formatting, upgrades, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Monitor and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and routers.
Implement and maintain network security best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and connectivity.
Coordinate with external vendors and support teams for repairs, maintenance, and escalations.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and configurations.
Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
Handle general IT administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with MacOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, switches, and security protocols.
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and IT best practices.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to technical issues efficiently.
