Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the USA and Europe regions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound IT sales activities including lead generation cold calling email campaigns and LinkedIn nurturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long term business partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Work across various time zones and shifts as per the target market.

Minimum Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in business development and sales in the IT Services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales closures in the US and Europe regions.
  • Strong experience in outbound sales activities with a demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads.
  • Excellent English communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of junior sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite Drive Docs Sheet Slides.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
