Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn email tech events and other channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls LinkedIn messages and emails to potential clients to present our services and arrange meetings.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges ensuring alignment with our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop tailored engagement strategies for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Track and report performance metrics to measure the success of outreach strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation preferably in IT Services or Outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies with a focus on relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
