Working with our client, who themselves have been a medical professional, we built a SaaS-based digital solution that helps fill such manpower gaps with the help of part-time professionals. The platform connects clinics looking for ad-hoc staff for a specific period or hours with medical professionals who would like to do some extra work in the free time that they have. Through this innovative solution, clinics can instantly scale up or down their staff based on their dynamic workforce needs.

Key Features

Medical Professional Module

Medical professionals can create their own profile including their qualifications and experience in the web application. After this, medical practitioners can create their own schedule, apply for part-time openings posted by medical facilities and view all their current and past jobs on a job board.

Medical Facility Module

Medical facilities such as hospitals or clinics can create an account from where they can post any ad-hoc openings which need to be filled. Medical facilities can sort through the applications they have received on an opening and book the most suitable applicant based on rating and experience from the app.

Automated Alerts & Emails

The platform updates both professionals and facilities of any updates that happen in their profile through automated emails and in-web app notifications. Alerts & email include application alert, application acceptance alerts, shift reminder for professionals, and much more.

Admin & Payments

The Admin of the SaaS platform has a complete overview and control of the application. Admins interview and on-board professionals through the app, approve their profiles and also oversee the completion of payment between the facility and the practitioner from within the application.

Reviews & Ratings

Once the part-time work is completed, medical facilities and medical professionals can give feedback and rate each other's services. This feature is very helpful for future parties who wish to work with either of them.
