Introduction

We collaborated with our client to build an all-in-one risk compliance and management software that combines security, IT, compliance and risk management in one complete SaaS package. The platform allows corporates and businesses to assess the risk and vulnerabilities of the parties that they wish to work with in order to make an informed decision. The platform generates a risk profiling score of a vendor or party based on a detailed questionnaire. Thus, businesses can now easily minimize any operational risks or vulnerabilities and ensure that the entities they work with are compliant with both external and internal rules, industry standards, regulations, guidelines and laws.

Key Features

Multiple User Profiles & Modules

The platform includes 3 user types Admin, Business & Vendor. Admins add businesses to the platform through invite. Businesses can invite any vendors whom they wish to assess by inviting them. Admin can view a log of all activities by others users such as login & sessions activity, assessments, vendors added etc. Businesses & Vendors can also create sub-profiles for their employees.

Vendor Examination Questionnaire

Businesses can send any of the pre-uploaded questionnaires or prepare a custom questionnaire for the vendors where they have to answer certain questions based on their services, security standards, quality standards, cybersecurity standards etc.. Through the responses received, businesses can make a decision if the Vendor fits their security requirement criterias.

Vendor Assessment Score

The admin undertakes regular risk & compliance assessment tests of vendors listed on the platform and gives them a score in number and a grade ranging from A to B. Moreover, businesses can view a detailed assessment report of the vendors where their score for each category and factor is listed to help them assess a vendor’s suitability.

Score Comparison

The platform provides users an average risk score of all vendors registered & assessed on the platform, through which they can compare their potential vendor’s score with other vendors’ average. The platform also indicated any increase or decrease in the average or individual score of vendors from the past.

In-App Notifications & Chat

The platform alerts respective users of any updates in the platform through in-app notifications. Admins get notifications of activities by other users. Vendors get notifications of assessment requests etc. and businesses get notifications of assessment scores & tests completed. Moreover, the in-app chat allows businesses and vendors to communicate with each other for an improved assessment process.
