List the properties

Landlords can list their properties for sale. Landlords can add multiple pictures, add detailed information about their properties like number of bedrooms, bathrooms, video glimpse, and preferred gender, and many other details.
Landlords can add addresses of property which makes it convenient for renters to view nearby stations.

Like & Dislike the flatmates by swiping

Users can search for a flatmate in this app. Users can swipe left or right to give likes or dislikes to individuals or groups of flatmates. The user can connect to flatmate on new matches if liked mutually.

Chat service

The user can contact the landlord or flatmate for their inquiry regarding properties using chat service. Renter & Lister can easily connect with each other to discuss things. Chat function allows users to share property details, text messages, send any attachments in the form of images to individual or group of flatmates.

Save your favorites

Users can save their liked or disliked properties for their preferences. The app provides the history maintenance by saving the liked or disliked properties inside the app. The user can move the liked property to the disliked section or vice versa.
